TEAM SETUP AND TENTS

At WCPPL events, teams are welcome to set up their own tents to stay cool, prep between matches, and store gear. Each team is responsible for their own tent and equipment, including setup, teardown, and securing their space properly.

The league also provides shared 20x20 tent spaces on a first-come, first-served basis. If your team is traveling from out of town, you can request a reserved spot, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Please be respectful of the venue layout — tents are not allowed in vendor or field areas unless specifically permitted. Help us keep the staging zones organized and accessible for everyone.
